Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to become available.

 

Delays

Occasionally delivery may take longer due to customs processing, high order volume, or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please email us at skystayventures@gmail.com and we will make it right.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
